Having tried many diverse and complex cases, we understand what is essential in litigation. We take a highly disciplined approach. Other law firms use much less experienced attorneys for the bulk of the legal work and consequently spend significantly more time than is necessary. We utilize the latest technology. Over the last twenty-five years, the firm has handled hundreds of civil and criminal business, financial and securities cases. We have also handled a great many white collar cases and governmental investigations. Our two senior trial attorneys, with over 60 years of collective trial experience, have tried numerous cases ranging from difficult three and four month civil and criminal federal jury trials to straightforward arbitrations. We regularly utilize a number of experienced outside attorneys on a case by case basis. This enables us to quickly add cost effective and experienced depth when needed. We have been highly successful in and out of court with our disciplined, pragmatic approach.
